Geometry is the deliverable
You receive the RVT, the IFC and the dimensioned sheets. Imagery is a by-product of the model, never a substitute for it.
VironBox turns a written brief into a real Autodesk Revit model — then renders it with physically-based light transport. No diffusion models. No generated buildings. The building below is the delivered geometry, with the site design shown in place. Spin it.
“Twelve-storey waterfront condominium, South Florida. Two-storey parking podium with a retail liner. Continuous balconies, glass guardrails. Amenity deck on the podium roof — pool, fire pit, pergola, planting. Boat basin and boardwalk to the east.”
Drag to orbit · scroll to zoom. The tower is drawn live from the same geometry the Revit file carries — not a screenshot, not an image model. The promenade, planting and entourage are the site design, modelled to Miami Beach references.
Everyone in this category shows you renders. Very few will show you the model, because for some of them there isn't one — the image came out of a diffusion model, and nothing behind it can be permitted, priced or built.

Arnold path tracing with a physical sun-and-sky and a calibrated camera. Materials carry measured roughness and normals.
Because the geometry is real, the estimate is measured from it rather than assumed from a comparable.
Native and editable. Opens in your team's Revit, not in a viewer-only export.
Coordination-ready IFC and a dimensioned PDF set generated from the model.
Physically-lit exteriors and interiors at print resolution, from the delivered geometry.
Locked camera, rigid building, moving world — water, foliage, cloud, light. Loops forever on a sales page.
Camera moves through the real model. Every frame is the geometry you were handed.
The model, in the browser, for your buyers — exactly like the one at the top of this page.
A still image is dead on a phone screen. A flythrough is expensive and nobody watches to the end. The thing that actually moves a unit sits between them: a locked frame where the building never moves and everything around it does.
Because the building is rigid and real, the frame stays dimensionally honest. The water moves, the palms move, a cloud shadow crosses the podium, the interior lights come up at dusk — and nothing invents a balcony that isn't in the drawings.

Higharc and Motif are serious companies solving real problems and are excellent at their own scale. This table is about fit, not fault.
Fixed price per building. No seats, no per-render metering, no annual platform fee. If a project genuinely does not fit one of these, we quote it and say why.
Revisions inside a stage are included. A change that alters the building re-enters at the stage it affects and is priced on the difference — never re-billed from zero.
Write the brief the way you would say it out loud — address or parcel if you have one, storeys, unit mix, whatever matters. We come back inside two business days with a massing model you can spin and a fixed price.
